Q: I have a very tight wedding budget.
How can I allocate extra money to hire Déjà Vu?
A: A good, effective
Wedding Consultant is not considered an extra cost to your overall
wedding budget because not only can I help you make sure you are staying
within budget, but I can also help you minimize your costs in many
areas with my vast area of vendor networks. Whether your budget is
$3,000 or $60,000, I will still be able to work with you in creating
your dream wedding! Remember, time is money and by having Déjà
Vu work with you, you will be saving a lot of VALUABLE time, and you
will be more relaxed and happy!
Q: A wedding is so personal! Would hiring Déjà
Vu mean having someone else take over my wedding completely?
A: Déjà Vu doesn't take over your wedding,
I work with you to ensure your dream is created. I act as your confidante,
understand all your needs, and can offer you a great deal of help
along the way. With my vast knowledge of the wedding industry and
latest trends, as well as my familiarity with many different vendors,
I can save you a substantial amount of time and stress, and MONEY!
A large majority of my vendors offer me special rates and discounts
because I offer them repeat business. You will still be making all
the decisions, but instead of having to first research on thousands
of different wedding options out there, I will have a more condensed
group of selection for you to decide on based on your wedding theme
and personal needs and budget.
Q: My Reception Location provides me with a Wedding
Consultant, why do I need to hire another?
A: This person is usually a salesperson who works in
the catering or sales office of the site. Typically, they are NOT
trained wedding coordinators. It is their job to make sure that the
right linens are on the table and that everything seems to be running
smoothly. If you ask for vendor referrals, you will usually get a
list of companies who have done weddings at their site before. They
do not check references of these companies and may have only worked
with them once or twice. Don’t risk it! Always hire a professional!
Q: There are experienced florists, bakers, photographers,
and caterers who can all offer me their expertise on my wedding too,
so why should I hire Déjà Vu in addition to that?
A: Sure, there are many experienced and knowledgeable
vendors out there, but how much trouble do you have to go about in
finding those gems? That's a lot of time and effort on your part to
begin with! Even if you do discover them after endless research, you
will have to work with each one repetitively for them to truly understand
your personal budget and wedding needs. By hiring a Déjà
Vu, you only have to work closely with ONE PERSON throughout the entire
planning process. Once I understand your needs, I will help you find
those wonderful vendors. I then make sure the vendors understand what
you are looking for before you even meet with them.
Q: Why do I need Déjà Vu on my "Big
Day?" I have my parents, bridesmaids, and reliable friends to
help me out?
A: Your family, friends and bridesmaids all deserve
to play a special part in your wedding. In order for them to be able
to fully enjoy this special day with you, they shouldn't need to worry
about decorating the venue, having the cake arrive on time, or greeting
your Officiant. By hiring Déjà Vu you don't have to
stress about a thing on your Big Day. I will spend hours talking to
you, about you want, and you can be sure on your big day, I will be
focusing on those small details, the ones that make your wedding the
one you have dreamed of. You can sit back and be the Guest of Honor
yourself. If you have any needs or questions, all you have to do is
find me, and your wish is my command! Best of all, I can circumvent
any problems before they arrive. When I book a wedding, I am yours
from the moment you wake up, until the last dance!
Q: Can you provide references of other brides and/or
companies that have used your services?
A: Yes I can. My brides love to talk about
their weddings, so we encourage potential clients to give them a call!
Whatever you decide, I hope I have at least helped
you make your decision.
Thanks for the consideration!
